Regional Manager – Multi‑Location Medspa

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing multi‑location medspa seeking a Regional Manager to own the day‑to‑day operations of all sites. You will ensure each location delivers a consistently excellent customer experience while driving performance, efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and hold Location Managers and Patient Coordinators accountable for goals, performance and adherence to standards across all locations.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding and ongoing development of managers and coordinators.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and manage performance‑improvement plans.
• Facilitate weekly manager and full‑team meetings to share updates, launch initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
• Track, analyse and act on key performance metrics; develop and execute action plans when targets are missed.
• Manage location budgets, personnel costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Own scheduling, staffing adjustments based on traffic patterns and ensure compliance with all operational policies.
• Handle customer complaints, disputes, chargebacks and negative reviews, escalating only when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail or service locations, preferably in the health‑and‑wellness sector.
• High‑accountability and high‑autonomy mindset with a focus on proactive problem solving.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
• Effective communication and conflict‑resolution skills, capable of escalating issues appropriately.
