About the role

McKinsey is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Experienced Professional hiring team. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and deliver a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and managers to ensure a robust pipeline of skilled talent.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including intake meetings, candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer creation.
• Generate candidates through application review, direct sourcing, referrals, and compelling messaging.
• Provide candidates with a clear understanding of McKinsey’s value proposition.
• Support the integration and cultivation of new hires.
• Participate in recruiting projects such as system design, reporting, and assessment development.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of interview days, events, and overall recruiting strategy.
