Recruiter (Contract) – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter on an ongoing contract to support our talent acquisition team for a leading entertainment company in West Los Angeles. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Track recruiting activity and keep accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Participate in recruiting projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments, preferably entertainment, media, creative or corporate recruiting.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
