Recruiter (1099) – Hybrid in Austin

About the role

Ways2Well is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full‑cycle hiring for its fast‑growing healthcare organization. This 1099 contract position is hybrid, based in Austin, TX, and focuses on attracting top talent across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the offer process, including extensions, approvals, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with EEOC, FCRA, and local regulations.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent Ways2Well at career fairs and networking events as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency using Indeed for sourcing.
