Project Manager – Education Technology (Remote US)

About the role

Finalsite is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of websites, communication platforms, and mobile apps for K-12 schools across the United States. The role is fully remote and focuses on guiding clients through every phase of the digital launch, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project experience for schools and districts, from kickoff to post-launch support.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Proactively track milestones, identify risks, and keep projects on schedule using project-management tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including designers, developers, and consultants—to translate client goals into actionable plans.
• Communicate clearly with clients, set expectations, and resolve roadblocks promptly.
• Provide consultative recommendations that align with each school’s digital strategy and engagement objectives.
