About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead growth experimentation for its Premium subscription business. The role focuses on driving acquisition and retention across SMB and consumer segments, shaping the subscription funnel and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for Premium subscriptions through acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Deeply understand target audience segments, their lifecycle experiences, and conversion pathways.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to optimize upsell, sign‑up, and onboarding flows.
- Design, execute, and iterate A/B tests on copy, creative, and messaging across web, mobile, and in‑product surfaces.
- Maintain a backlog of hypothesis‑driven experiments and track performance metrics.
- Partner with data science and analytics teams on targeting, segmentation, reporting, and ad‑hoc analysis.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence strategy through detailed execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance outcomes.
