Product Development Assistant

About the role

Join REVOLVE’s Owned Brand division as a Product Development Assistant, supporting the end‑to‑end creation of fashion garments from concept to production. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams such as R&D, Design, and Technical Design to ensure timely, high‑quality deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update weekly WIP reports for multiple seasons, providing accurate data to cross‑functional partners.
• Assist in tracking, unpacking, and distributing samples to internal teams and global vendors.
• Support the product life‑cycle process by monitoring deadlines and ensuring developments stay on schedule.
• Coordinate communication between design, technical, and production teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Help prepare documentation and reports required for production approvals.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Entry‑level understanding of product development cycles and deadline management.
