About the role
The People Team Assistant supports Warner Music Group's Global Finance business units by handling a range of HR‑related administrative tasks. You will act as a trusted point of contact for employees across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate HR data management and timely support for recruitment and reporting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for over 1,000 global employees, providing guidance on policies and escalating issues as needed.
- Manage HRIS data, ensuring records are up‑to‑date and reports are generated accurately.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, preparing documentation and delivering a seamless new‑hire experience.
- Produce regular HR metrics and reports for the Global Finance team.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and proactive with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a high level of confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with recruitment coordination and onboarding procedures.
