Pediatric Registered Nurse – Remote Contract (up to $65/hr)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will work closely with AI research labs to evaluate and improve AI‑generated clinical outputs for pediatric care.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated clinical scenarios involving pediatric patients.
• Validate medical accuracy, safety, and compliance with pediatric clinical guidelines.
• Annotate and structure patient cases to enrich AI training datasets.
• Provide expert feedback on diagnoses, treatment plans, and care recommendations.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in AI responses and report them.
• Collaborate with technical and data science teams to enhance model performance.

Required profile

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of pediatric nursing experience in settings such as hospital, PICU, NICU, or clinic.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric care standards and protocols.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with evidence‑based pediatric guidelines (e.g., AAP, CDC).
• Experience with healthcare technology, informatics, or AI‑related tools is a plus.
