About the role
ETAP is seeking a high‑performing Partner Sales Manager to lead strategic growth across North America. Working remotely, you will act as the regional lead for our most significant global partners, driving joint sales opportunities and expanding market presence for our electrical digital twin platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies with key partner stakeholders to accelerate adoption of ETAP solutions.
- Coordinate account planning and joint customer engagements with regional teams of global synergy partners.
- Identify, qualify, and close partner‑referred accounts, ensuring revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align partnership activities with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert, delivering product demos and elevator pitches.
- Maintain strong partner relationships, fostering joint marketing initiatives and long‑term alliances.
Required profile
- Proven commercial acumen and relationship‑building experience in the North American energy sector.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive joint opportunities to closure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Deep understanding of ETAP’s software solutions for electrical systems.
- Experience with partner sales strategy and joint account planning.
- Capability to perform product demonstrations and technical presentations.
