About the role

Join Pandora at Tanger Outlets Fort Worth as a Part‑Time Flexible Sales Associate. You’ll be the brand’s ambassador, delivering a world‑class jewellery experience to customers during peak shopping periods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to inspire jewellery styling.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by building genuine connections with shoppers.
• Support store operations during evenings, weekends, holidays and promotional events.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure a smooth, on‑brand store environment.
• Step in on short notice during high‑traffic times and perform all other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating care and professionalism.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
