About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage medication inventory, ensure proper stock rotation, and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize therapy.
• Document clinical interventions and keep accurate patient records.
• Monitor and report adverse drug events and safety concerns.
• Utilize data, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and support growth targets.
• Educate team members on new therapies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Support outreach and patient‑engagement initiatives to expand clinic reach.

Required profile

• Active pharmacy license eligible for local practice.
• Experience providing outpatient pharmaceutical care with an evidence‑based approach.
• Strong knowledge of prescription review, drug interactions, and dosing.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, safety, and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to document clinical interventions accurately.
• Experience in medication inventory management and controlled‑substance handling.
