About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scraper Operator to join our civil construction team in Dallas. The successful candidate will operate a variety of heavy‑equipment machines on road, bridge, water‑infrastructure and environmental‑restoration projects while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoe, front loader, scraper, excavator, water tank truck, mechanical sweeper, skid‑steer, compactor, bulldozer and motor grader.
• Maintain three‑point contact when mounting or dismounting any machine.
• Follow signals and instructions from crew members and coordinate activities on site.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, complete checklists and report any needed repairs.
• Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
• Participate in daily safety briefings and report safety violations or incidents immediately.
• When not operating equipment, perform duties of a construction laborer.

Required profile

• Understanding of computerized controls and electronic systems on construction equipment.
• Excellent hand‑eye‑foot coordination.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles and procedures.
• Good physical condition, strength and endurance to lift and move heavy materials.
• Ability to work under pressure and in extreme weather conditions.
• Disciplined, reliable and proactive problem‑solver.
