Onsite General Labor & Event Staff – Multiple Roles in Miami

About the role

We are seeking dependable, hard‑working individuals to join our onsite event production team in Miami, FL. The positions are hourly, hands‑on roles that support the setup, breakdown, transportation, and installation of live events.

Key responsibilities

• Carpenters: build, assemble, and install event structures; perform on‑site repairs.
• General Labor: load/unload equipment, assist with setup and breakdown, operate forklift or scissor lift when available.
• Drivers: operate 24‑26 ft box trucks and trailers to transport materials safely and on time.
• Décor Team: install and style décor elements, handle props and furniture, assist with post‑event packing.
• AV Technician: set up, operate, and maintain audio‑visual equipment during events.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Carpentry or construction experience (for carpenter role).
• Forklift operation.
• Scissor lift operation.
• Box‑truck driving.
• Audio‑visual equipment handling.
