About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Assistant to support our remote team and clients. This full‑time, remote position involves handling communications, basic bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails for clients and internal team members.
- Perform entry‑level bookkeeping, record expenses, and organize receipts.
- Resolve billing issues and generate account usage reports.
- Support quality‑assurance checks for internal and client‑facing reporting.
- Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm PST.
- Reliable remote workspace with a fast computer, quality internet, camera, microphone, and speakers.
Required skills
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with bookkeeping or financial record keeping.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online and G‑Suite.
