About the role
DNC Facility Services is hiring part‑time Night Shift Cleaning Techs in Longview, TX. The role requires dependable team members who take pride in their work, follow cleaning standards, and can operate comfortably within a small team.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned commercial buildings, including restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Follow DNC cleaning standards and safety procedures.
- Communicate with the Team Lead or Account Manager about supply needs, building issues, or concerns.
Required profile
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work evening/night shifts.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lb and staying active during the shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Must pass a background check.
