National Sales Manager – Kroger & Publix

About the role
The National Sales Manager is a key member of PT Organics Ltd’s small, agile team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role will develop, grow, and maintain strategic accounts, focusing on Kroger, Publix, and other major retailers across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and expand the existing retail base in conventional and strategic channels.
- Identify and secure new distribution opportunities, building a robust new‑business pipeline.
- Launch new product distributions (NPD) and manage trade‑spend and promotional programs within company criteria.
- Use internal and external reporting tools to track account performance, influence outcomes, and meet budget targets.
- Analyze P&L statements to assess profitability of programs and account launches.
- Develop forecasts and sales plans in collaboration with the VP of Sales.
- Present results, forecasts, and trends to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage broker relationships, set clear initiatives, and monitor short‑, medium‑, and long‑term goals.
- Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to create best‑in‑class retail programs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the CPG industry, preferably with premium food brands.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Kroger headquarters accounts.
- Experience working with Publix and other conventional retailers.
- Background in a small, fast‑growing CPG startup is preferred.
- Proven track record launching new products into market.
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers and willingness to learn.
