Mobile Unlock Technician – Mississippi Gulf Coast

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Unlock Technician to serve customers along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The role involves traveling to residential and commercial locations to unlock car doors, including emergency and commercial truck services, while delivering professional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned service areas in Harrison, Jackson, Hancock counties and surrounding coastal locations.
• Perform car door unlocking, emergency unlocks, and commercial truck unlocking using provided tools.
• Maintain accurate service records and report completed jobs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards while on the road.
• Provide courteous assistance and explain services to customers.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and conviction checks.
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Availability for day and night shifts, including back‑to‑back assignments.

Required skills

• Smartphone knowledge for navigation and service app usage.
