Manager, Project & Change Management

About the role

Mastercard Services is seeking a Manager, Project & Change Management to lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives across its professional services portfolio. Based in a hybrid capacity in O’Fallon, MO; Purchase, NY; or Arlington, VA, the role will ensure projects are executed on time, within scope and budget while driving organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project status, financials, schedules and overall stability, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, define KPIs, and manage implementation processes within budget constraints.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional and cross‑geography initiatives of strategic importance.
• Conduct change impact assessments, create change plans, identify gaps and manage change requirements.
• Perform training needs analysis, set business readiness criteria, obtain sign‑offs and oversee cut‑overs and go‑live activities.
• Design and deliver communications, trainings and presentations to inform and engage stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor on escalations and methodologies.
• Promote innovative thinking and challenge the status‑quo to improve quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale projects and change programs.
• Strong ability to develop and track performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and ensuring business readiness.
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional, multi‑geography initiatives.
• Advisory mindset with capability to guide project managers on escalations and best practices.
