Power Solutions OE Sales, Digitalization & AI Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digitalization & AI Specialist to drive the transformation of Power Solutions OE Sales. The role sits at the intersection of business digitalization, artificial intelligence and automotive sales, delivering data‑driven solutions that improve decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement system architecture for core OE sales processes, including low‑code and workflow automation.
• Design, build and maintain robust data pipelines, data models and analytics solutions for sales and financial data.
• Lead the development and scaling of AI use cases such as pricing and forecasting tools, generative AI copilots for document automation, and advanced agentic workflows.
• Act as technical owner for key digital platforms (CRM, ERP), ensuring seamless integration, cloud architecture alignment, security and governance.
• Evaluate, pilot and roll out emerging AI technologies, providing technical expertise and advanced analytics support to business teams.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in digitalization, data engineering, AI or a related IT role.
• Proven track record in automation, data platform development and system integration.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
