Management Consultant – Remote (up to $120/hr)

About the role

Mercor is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to evaluate AI‑generated business artifacts on a fully remote basis. You will apply deep domain expertise to ensure the quality, accuracy, and presentation of documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks produced by AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated outputs against domain‑specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in various deliverables.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI‑generated work products.
• Grade outputs for accuracy, rigor, and overall domain quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while continuously enhancing evaluation processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in general business strategy or management consulting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution (preferred).

Required skills

• Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong command of Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
