Maintenance Technician – Parker (Berkeley, CA)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Parker ensures that the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects or problems, execute repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm with on‑call duties.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
