Maintenance Technician - Arcadia

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Arcadia ensures that the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This role supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new move‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects, determining root causes, and executing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs to ready units for new tenants.
• Maintain building systems, grounds, and common‑area amenities to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Availability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.
• Ability to follow established maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and local code requirements.
