About the role
The Lifestyle Director supports day‑to‑day community management with a focus on resident retention and experience. Working closely with the Community Manager, this manager‑level position creates and coordinates programs, events, outreach, and social media initiatives for the community.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the concierge team, resident service coordinators and doorkeepers, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding and performance management.
- Develop and execute resident‑focused programs and events that enhance community engagement.
- Manage outreach efforts and maintain the community’s social media presence.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to align lifestyle initiatives with overall retention goals.
Required profile
- Manager‑level experience in community or residential lifestyle services.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of resident retention strategies.
