Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist/Counselor

About the role

Compass Health Network is hiring a licensed behavioral health therapist/counselor in Lebanon, Missouri, working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with no weekends or holidays required. The role suits both newly licensed and experienced clinicians who want to join a collaborative mental health, medical and dental team with 24/7 clinical consultation for crisis support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and/or group therapy according to clinical need and licensure
• Assess client readiness, develop treatment plans and document progress per agency guidelines
• Use DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Take part in interdisciplinary team meetings and refer clients to internal and external resources
• Engage in ongoing clinical training and supervision, and take part in staff huddles, team supervision and case consults
• Maintain compliance with agency, state and federal documentation standards

Required profile

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology
• Licensed in Missouri as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or PMFT
• Working knowledge of DSM-5
• Willingness to work with all ages preferred

What we offer

• $36.29-$39.29 per hour
• Licensure supervision and eligibility for HRSA loan repayment programs once fully licensed
