Leasing Professional – Villas Goodyear

About the role

The Leasing Professional will support the Villas Goodyear community by driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective leasing and customer service. This position coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. It also ensures resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manages lease renewal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and showing apartments.
• Process applications, conduct credit screenings and criminal background checks, and ensure compliance with screening policies.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, schedule move‑in appointments, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance items.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage lease renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and handle resident inquiries promptly.
