Leasing Professional – The Avenue Hollywood

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for The Avenue Hollywood community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, Realpage, ILM) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, specifically in the Los Angeles market.
• Proficiency with Realpage, OneSite, and ILM software.
• Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday on‑site.
• Experience with stabilized communities of around 180 units.
