Leasing Professional – Stanza Little Italy

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Stanza Little Italy community in San Diego. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi/CRM and support on‑site property management operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in high‑rise luxury or sales environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm, with schedule adjustments as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi or other property‑management CRM systems.
