Leasing Professional – Seta

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a stabilized community of 198 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and answer leasing questions.
• Manage lease renewals and ensure resident satisfaction during the lease period.
• Support community marketing initiatives and renewal strategies.
• Maintain weekend availability (9 am‑6 pm) as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Ability to work weekends and adapt schedule to business needs.
• Experience with customer‑service management systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
