Leasing Professional – San Diego

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for a stabilized community of 617 units in San Diego. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing tactics such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite) for daily operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in mid‑rise or high‑rise properties.
• Weekend availability; typical schedule 9 am–6 pm, subject to change.
• Experience with Yardi or other CRM systems is preferred.
