Leasing Professional – Los Cielos Luxury Rentals

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Los Cielos community at Brooks Luxury Rentals. Reporting to property management, you will ensure high occupancy, revenue targets and resident satisfaction through proactive prospect engagement and lease administration.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness and schedule any maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in the on‑site property management system (e.g., OneSite, Yardi), tracking availability, traffic and resident demographics.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for presentation and quality.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
• Ability to conduct credit screening and background checks.
