Leasing Professional – Kenyon Square Apartments

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Kenyon Square Apartments to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other websites.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing and property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
