About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Museum House community in Seattle. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
- Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
- Perform market research on comparable properties to inform marketing and advertising strategies.
- Plan and execute community events to enhance resident engagement.
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email and maintain active communication.
- Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
- Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.
Required profile
- Previous sales or customer‑service experience is preferred.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete legal leasing documents.
- Ability to explain apartment features and answer resident questions effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired).
