Leasing Professional – Community Seta

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Seta community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit screening, criminal background checks and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track leads and lease activity.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Weekend availability; typical schedule 9 am‑6 pm, subject to change.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
