Leasing Professional – Community Leasing & Resident Services

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for a lease‑up community of 222 units in Inglewood, California. Working closely with the marketing and renewal teams, you will manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting to lease signing and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, prepare lease documents and ensure timely lease execution.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Provide weekend availability as required by the Thursday‑Monday schedule.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.
• Ability to work a Thursday‑Monday schedule with weekend availability.
