Leasing Professional – City Place

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the City Place community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and record traffic.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience with strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi or similar CRM systems.
• Experience using OneSite or comparable property management software.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
