Leasing Manager – Los Angeles

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the leasing operations of a stabilized community of over 500 units in Los Angeles. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic marketing, pricing, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and digital advertising to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Manage the leasing team, monitor daily sales activities, and coordinate with property management.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and reports using Yardi and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with resident services to enhance retention and overall resident experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of property management experience, including 1–2 years as a leasing manager.
• Proven ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals in a large‑scale community.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Weekend availability as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using CRM platforms for leasing activities.
