IT Tech Support – Onsite (Foster City, CA)

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site IT Tech Support professional to join our Foster City team. The role involves providing end‑user hardware and software assistance, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, mobile devices and network peripherals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver deskside break/fix support, PC staging, asset management and software installations.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows 7/10 and macOS/iOS operating system issues.
• Support printers, scanners, mobile devices and VoIP phones.
• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and handle ID provisioning.
• Track computer assets and perform hardware moves, lifting up to 50 lb.
• Process tickets in ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tool) and follow virus detection/eradication procedures.
• Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and maintain compliance tasks.

Required profile

• Technical degree or equivalent end‑user support experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to lift 50 lb when moving equipment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and teamwork mindset.

Required skills

• Deskside hardware and software troubleshooting.
• macOS, iOS, Windows 7 and Windows 10 support.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• ServiceNow or comparable ITSM ticketing system.
• Printer, scanner and mobile device support.
• Microsoft Active Directory user management.
• Computer asset tracking and user ID creation.
• VoIP phone system administration.
• Symantec Virus Scan knowledge.
