IT Helpdesk Technician – Support & AI Tool Adoption

About the role

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide day‑to‑day technical support for users across our rapidly scaling e‑commerce organization in Manhattan. The role blends traditional desktop support with the adoption of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot, helping staff improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support across users, devices and internal systems.
• Support Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms and user access management.
• Assist employees with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.
• Identify repetitive tasks and operational inefficiencies that could benefit from automation or AI solutions.
• Collaborate with the Data & AI Engineering team on process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding/off‑boarding, device setup and license management.
• Maintain internal documentation, knowledge articles and user guidance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or End‑User Support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong communication skills and confidence assisting non‑technical users.
• Interest in AI tools and emerging technology.
• Comfortable working on both support tickets and project‑focused initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
