About the role
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our Equity & Inclusion team on a contract basis. The role involves handling member‑facing programs, managing sensitive workplace matters, and keeping day‑to‑day operations organized, responsive, and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Manage intake, documentation, and follow‑up for discrimination and harassment complaints.
- Maintain organized records, tracking tools, and prepare routine reports.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative support for Equity & Inclusion initiatives, meetings, events, and special projects.
- Draft, format, and distribute educational resources and member communications.
- Conduct research to assist with program planning and policy topics.
- Provide vendor and contract coordination assistance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and address requests promptly.
- Uphold discretion with confidential matters and deliver high‑level customer service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting HR, Equity & Inclusion, Diversity, or related professionals.
- Excellent customer service and thoughtful response in sensitive situations.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication with professional accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing confidential information responsibly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides).
