Home Health Aide – Direct Care Worker (Overnight Weekends)

About the role

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide direct care for participants during overnight weekend shifts. You will support elderly, disabled, and individuals with intellectual disabilities in their homes, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver physical and emotional care to participants, addressing illness, injury, or disability needs.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation when required.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medication reminders.
• Prepare meals, shop for groceries, and support general living needs.
• Provide personal assistance such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement to promote well‑being.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to complete a criminal background check.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb and to bend, kneel, stand, and reach for extended periods.
