Head of Supply

About the role

Hyperbolic Labs is seeking a Head of Supply to lead the acquisition and scaling of GPU capacity for its open‑access AI cloud marketplace. This relationship‑focused position will leverage your existing network with data‑center operators, NeoCloud providers, and GPU manufacturers to ensure a reliable supply of compute resources for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a portfolio of 70‑100+ GPU suppliers and NeoCloud partners.
• Source and secure GPU capacity to meet fluctuating customer demand.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and availability data across all providers.
• Collaborate with sales to match customer requests with appropriate suppliers quickly.
• Negotiate deals, reserve capacity, and resolve supply constraints in real time.

Required profile

• Established relationships with data‑centers, NeoClouds, and GPU suppliers.
• Deep knowledge of the GPU market, including key players and under‑utilized resources.
• Proven track record of sourcing GPU capacity at scale.
• Technical background enabling engineer‑to‑engineer discussions about GPU infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
