About the role

Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems and seeks a leader to shape its global community strategy. The Head of Community, Enterprise Marketing will turn existing programs into a measurable function that helps millions develop real skills with Claude, driving user retention and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global community strategy and operating model, defining audience thesis, program portfolio, and central vs. regional execution.
• Lead, coach, and scale a global team of program and regional owners; hire gaps, set standards, and develop community-native operators.
• Define a measurement framework that replaces activity metrics, partnering with Product and Data Science to set success metrics and segment users.
• Build community across diverse audiences and seniority levels without fragmenting the experience.
• Connect bottom‑up adoption to enterprise expansion by architecting champion, train‑the‑trainer, and partner ecosystem motions.
• Integrate training, certification, enablement, and community help into a single scalable engine.
• Partner tightly with Brand and Communications to maintain healthy sentiment and awareness.
• Align community strategy with product direction, launches, and pricing, proving value throughout the product lifecycle.
