Guest Service Agent – Part‑Time

About the role

The Guest Service Agent greets, registers and assists guests in a friendly, courteous manner while upholding hotel brand and sustainability standards. This part‑time position supports front‑desk operations, handles reservations, payments and guest inquiries, and contributes to overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, register them, assign rooms and verify payment methods.
• Make, confirm and modify reservations using the PMS system.
• Compute bills, collect payments, issue change and handle safe‑deposit services.
• Answer phone calls, transmit messages and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to a supervisor when needed.
• Assist in the breakfast area, handle luggage during peak periods and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer‑service experience or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with property‑management system (PMS) preferred.
