Groundskeeper / Porter – Selene Tomoka Village

About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of Selene Tomoka Village, ensuring that the grounds, common areas and amenities meet Greystar’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage areas.
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with make‑ready specifications.
Required profile
- Available to work a Monday‑Friday schedule.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and handling waste.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work independently.
