Groundskeeper / Porter – Community Maintenance

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of the community at The Breckyn. This full‑time position supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and surrounding grounds clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities remain neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage areas clean.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover activities.
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure proper security procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliability and willingness to support the service team.
