Full-Time Budtender – High Plainz Strains (Fort Lupton)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Budtender to join our High Plainz Strains dispensary in Fort Lupton, Colorado. The role involves providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in a fast‑paced cannabis retail environment, with open availability during store hours (8 am‑10 pm, Sunday‑Saturday).

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, answer questions and recommend appropriate cannabis products.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer service for every guest.
• Stock, organize and display products on the sales floor.
• Accurately process cash and electronic transactions.
• Follow company policies and Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division regulations.

Required profile

• Valid Colorado cannabis industry badge (cost borne by the employee).
• Reliable, punctual and able to work 30‑35 hours per week across 4‑5 shifts.
• Prior customer‑service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and genuine interest in the cannabis industry.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and adhere strictly to state regulations.
