Front Desk Agent – Guest Services

About the role

Join the friendly team at Fairfield Inn & Suites in North Conway as a Front Desk Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth stay every time.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Check guests in and out, process payments, and record special requests.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Post charges, settle guest accounts, and follow hotel procedures.
• Resolve guest issues quickly to boost satisfaction.
• Know emergency procedures and hotel policies.
• Maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Required profile

• Outgoing, self‑motivated, and reliable.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Attention to detail and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Previous customer‑service experience preferred; hotel experience not required.
