Franchise Business Consultant

About the role

The Franchise Business Consultant serves as the primary liaison between Handel’s corporate team and its franchise partners. You will help franchisees improve performance, achieve long‑term goals, and ensure brand standards are consistently applied at the store level.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct frequent visits and audits of existing stores to verify compliance with brand standards and operational requirements.
• Document strengths and improvement opportunities, prioritize them, and follow up on open issues.
• Consult franchisees on vision, strategy, talent, quality, customer experience, sales growth, and financial return.
• Support new store openings with on‑site assistance from pre‑opening through launch.
• Facilitate benchmarking, best‑practice sharing, and collaboration among groups of franchisees.
• Meet or exceed annually set KPI targets.
• Act as a Handel’s brand ambassador in the field and local communities.
• Utilize consulting tools to drive store performance and contribute to the development of new operational resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on brand programs and initiatives.
