About the role
The Floating Leasing Consultant supports multiple Greystar Active Adult communities, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through leasing, marketing, and event initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns and leasing activities to attract new residents.
- Manage resident events and community activities to enhance engagement.
- Coordinate lease renewals and ensure timely processing of applications.
- Monitor occupancy and revenue targets, reporting performance to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Required profile
- Dedicated, hard‑working individual with a passion for the rental housing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work across multiple properties and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
